"Delivery was a letdown"
Not gonna lie, the product itself seems fine so far, but the delivery experience was frustrating. I got a tracking update, then nothing seemed to move for days, and it ended up arriving later than I was originally told.
I had to chase it up myself, which was annoying. Maybe it was just bad luck, but if you need something in time for a weekend project, I wouldn’t fully trust the delivery timing

"Bad advice and changing terms wasted my time"
I was told one thing and ended up with completely the wrong product, which was really frustrating. It felt like nobody actually understood what I needed, and I wasted time trying to sort it out. On top of that, the terms seemed to change along the way, so what I thought I was agreeing to didn’t feel the same later. Disappointing experience overall.

"Colour looked close"
I order from liquidrubberdiy.com.au and the colour was pretty much what I was seeing online. It dry maybe a tiny bit darker than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Still look good on the job, so I’m happy with it overall. Just took one star off for that little colour difference

"Felt like my surface was overlooked"
I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t bond well to my tiled area. It started peeling up quickly, and it felt like the product didn’t really take my type of surface into account

"Flexible enough for my kind of weather"
I used Liquid Rubber for a small roof repair, and as someone who deals with unpredictable weather, I was really hoping it wouldn’t dry rock-hard and start cracking. Thankfully, once it cured, it still had a good amount of flex to it, which is exactly what I needed. It was simple enough to apply, and after a few weeks, I haven’t seen any leaks. Definitely happy with how it turned out.

"Delivery was quicker than I thought"
I just ordered from Liquidrubberdiy recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and the delivery was quicker than I expected. The tracking was decent too, not perfect or instant updates, but enough to know what was going on. Based on this latest order, I’d say it was a smooth experience overall

"Helped a little, but didn’t fully stop the leak"
I used this on a small section of my roof and followed the directions closely. My brother even helped me put it on to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. It seemed to do okay during a light rain, but once we got a heavier downpour, water still came through. It might work for very small problem spots, but it just wasn’t waterproof enough in my case.

"Still Holding Up After Months of Sun"
I used this on a small section of roof that gets blasted by the sun most of the day, and after a few months it still looks solid. I don’t see any cracking or peeling, which is a relief because I really didn’t want to deal with having to redo it or risk that area getting worse. It was a little messy going on, but that was probably because I was rushing. Overall I’m happy with it and would use it again.

"Honestly really impressed with this"
I used this on my old shed roof and I’m genuinely so pleased with how it turned out. It went on really easily, and it feels nice and thick, like it’s actually going to last. We’ve had some heavy rain since, and I was relieved to see there were no leaks at all. Really happy with it.

The tutorials did help a little, but they skipped over some basic steps. I still had to figure out parts of the job on my own, which got annoying tbh.

"Easy refund, just wish I’d ordered the right thing"
I had to return my order because I picked the wrong size, which was my own fault and a bit annoying because I’d been looking forward to using it.

The team replied the same day and explained exactly what I needed to do. The refund came through after 4 days, so it was all straightforward really.
I do regret not double-checking before ordering, but the return process wasn’t a hassle at all. I’d be happy to order again.

I reached out twice to ask about my order and never heard anything back. It’s frustrating because I was only looking for a simple update, not anything complicated. i’d at least expect an apology for being ignored like that. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Coverage was okay , but I needed more than expected"
I used this liquid rubber on a small flat roof area , and it went on easily . The product itself seems fine so far , but the coverage did not match what I was expecting from the info on the site . I ended up having to order more just to finish the job . Overall , it seems like a decent product , I just wish the coverage guide was a little more realistic

"Looks decent, but the finish was a little uneven"
It looks fine overall, like at first glance I didn’t really have an issue with it. The texture was okay too, not amazing but not bad. I did notice the finish felt a bit patchy in some spots though, and then in other areas it looked totally normal, so it was kind of inconsistent. Still usable, just not as smooth-looking as I was hoping.

I put it on and thought it was fine at first, but it started peeling off way too easily. I expected it to stick better, so that part was weird

"Came fast, but I was a little worried after paying"
My order showed up quickly, and the packaging was mostly in good shape. One corner was a bit dented, which made me nervous at first, but luckily nothing was leaking or damaged. I’ll admit I felt a little uneasy after making the payment, like I wasn’t totally sure everything would arrive properly, but it worked out fine in the end

"works fine, but Kinda overpriced"
It did what it was supposed to do, so I can’t really say it was bad. But for the amount you actually get, it felt pricey. Then shipping tacked on even more, which made it feel less worth it. I was expecting a little Better value for the cost. Not terrible, just not something I’d probably buy again.
